It says "coop city area" another sheisty broker playing with words and pockets to put food in his mouth. Coop apartments do NOT have high ceilings either and no one is paying that price for an apartment in this area in the bronx - I don't care if it had marble and new appliances (unless it was in riverdale). This "ad" is not even close to being real. Straight delusional.

That's just crazy the townhouses are $1500 a month your not gonna get anyone to rent that apt at that price. That's triple what coop charges.

That could be someone's single family mortgage and real estate taxes. I don't hate if you can get it, but, I don't believe you can rent that apt for that much money without someone reporting you. That's why other boroughs look down on the Bronx. The Bronx people don't show any integrity with other people.

you cannot sell or sublet your apartment without riverbay's permission, and the rents are not as high as you are posting, watch out they will find you.
