Hi. I am interested in applying to buy in co-op city. I meet all the requirements but I have a misdemeanor conviction 6 years ago to sex abuse in the third degree. I did 1 year of probation and have never before or after had any other arrests. Should I bother applying? Will I get denied because of this conviction?
