Anonymous calls to Coop City Department of Public Safety

Periodically, Co-op City cooperators may witness someone violating the housing company's rules and regulations, however, it has been reported to Riverbay Management that some people are apprehensive about reporting the situation for fear of their identity being divulged to the violator in question.

Please know that you may request to remain anonymous when you contact the Coop City Public Safety Department (CCPD) regarding said issues and the Public Safety dispatchers, officers and supervisors have been instructed to accept these calls and investigate, accordingly.

If, however, you feel forced to surrender your identification in order to lodge your complaint, immediately request to speak with a supervisor.

Rest assured that you should feel comfortable placing these calls to the Co op City Public Safety Department, as often times residents are the first to now when an incident is taking place and in most cases who the individuals involved are, as well.

Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Riverbay Management
