Yeah Brenda. Guess we can't all be as perfect as you. Sure everything you do is perfect. Great to be so judgemental and invoke God's name.

The teenage son of a high-ranking NYPD union official has been slapped with criminal charges in connection with a shooting in the Co-op City section of the Bronx, law enforcement sources said.

Police investigating the Jan. 21 shooting of a 22-year-old man in Co-Op City found a .9mm Ruger semi-automatic pistol loaded with ten live rounds in a black backpack inside Hameed Abdul-Jabbar’s bedroom closet, court papers show.

Abdul-Jabbar, 17, is the son of Officer Mubarak Abdul-Jabbar, Second Vice President of the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, which represents nearly 50,000 active and retired NYPD police officers.

Hameed Abdul—Jamar was not charged with shooting the man, who survived after being blasted four times in the chest and stomach on Elgar Place near Einstein Loop.

Hameed Abdul-Jabbar lives just blocks from the shooting scene.

Cops also found a billy club and a 12-gauge shotgun, wrapped in a brown towel and loaded with five shells, on a shelf in Hameed Abdul-Jabbar’s closet, according to court papers. Nearby were 27 plastic baggies of pot.

The teen was released without bail after being arraigned Friday. He was charged with weapon, ammunition and marijuana possession.

PBA officials declined to comment.
