We have been a longtime resident of Co-op City. The Riverbay Corp. refuses to address the issues and the problems here in Co-op City. There are other Mitchell-lama housing that is run more efficient and organized than Co-op City. People are angry and tired of the B.S. Here, management is always threatening and bowling residents. The Riverbay Corp needs to come down on their prices. There are too many stores that are vacant. Why do you think that people who have been living here for years want to move out because of this corporation and the management, hey don't seem to care that they have a very big reputation, not a good reflection on this corporation.
