All sales are conducted by the Riverbay sales department. When you want to move you must report this to the sales department. They will give you the option of putting your apartment up for sale “as is” meaning that Riverbay will not restore the apartment for the incoming shareholder. Once your unit is sold you will receive your equity minus restoration fees if any.
