The income requirements are clearly stated in the application. If you do not fall within the requirements you will not be able to purchase an appartment. The coppy of your tax return that you submit with the application is used to determine your income so there is no way to change this.

I want to get into co-op city, I am retired from another state and own my home, but they sent back my app and fee saying I did not meet the income requirements. What can I do to re apply with new info?? Please help please help
