Riverbay Co-op City Residential Sales Department

Riverbay Corporation Residential Sales Department is the exclusive transfer agent for all Co-op City apartment sales and is responsible for the acceptance and processing of all Co-op City apartment sale applications for both new applicants and transfer applicants.

Riverbay Corporation Residential Sales Department is responsible for handling all of the various waiting lists for Co-op City cooperative apartments.

The Riverbay Corporation Residential Sales Department also process move-out requests which includes preparing move-out papers known as withdrawal papers as well as putting the apartment up for sale. In addition, it accepts the keys upon move-out and gives out the keys on the move-in date. Elevator permits are also issued to all move-ins, move-outs or anyone removing furniture or getting a delivery of furniture.

Co-op City apartment rentals are not handled by the Residential Sales Department but are rather handled by realtors and brokers working within the Baychester, Bronx, New York vicinity. Riverbay Corporation does not allow the renting and/or subletting of cooperative apartments by the cooperative apartment unit owner or otherwise.
