Hi, I am a 57 year old female retired..I am looking for a Co-op City one bedroom apt. I have been living in the same residential building for 40 years. Reason for moving is building under new management having difficulty with noisy neighbors. I am no having any superintendent and management. I am very responsible tenant always pay my rent on time and respect my neighbors and their space live alone. I do not have parties, music or gatherings. Just looking fora clean and quiet place to reside. thank you
