Co-op City is NOT the place to look to rent a "room" this is a middle income Mitchell Lama Complex. It is for individuals and families who are looking to put down an equity payment to "own" "shares" (you get this equity back when you move out minus any damage or alterations in the unit). Honestly we do NOT want or NEED anyone who can only afford a room. This isn't that type of community. Sorry but that's FACTS!!!!
