Job Description:
Riverbay Corporation is seeking qualified plasterers and painters to work within Co-op City's high rise buildings, townhouses and community centers.

The incumbent will be working in vacant and occupied apartment units conducting restoration work by performing several duties such as scraping, plastering, priming, painting spackling block work and popcorn ceiling along with general maintenance in assigned areas.

Selected candidates will be responsible for a minimum of 350 square feet of plastering or 35 walls of painting per work day.

Job Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Days and Hours:
Full Time

Testing Requirements:
Drug Screening Test
