Coop City Job Ref #: 16-59, Utility Person (Coop City Maintenance Department)

This Coop City job position will be open to all applicants from November 11, 2016 - November 21, 2016

Job Description:
Under the supervision of a Building Maintenance Supervisor, candidate will be responsible for performing emergency and routine maintenance repairs throughout Co-op City.

Perform HVAC repairs, including cleaning of condensation lines, blower fan and motor replacement.

Perform plumbing repairs on lines up to 2 1/2 inches diameter. Snake sewer lines as required with manual and electrical equipment as well as perform electrical troubleshooting and repair of apartment and public space circuits and devices.

Job Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Working knowledge of tools and material.

Must be available for emergency work

Days and Hours:
Full Time

Testing Requirements:
Drug Screening Test
