Co-op City Job Position for a Lobby Attendant, Public Safety Department is now open to applicants.

Candidate will perform as liaison to the Public Safety Department, by monitoring building lobby activity; interacting with cooperators and visitors; reporting emergencies as necessary and maintaining a daily log; and other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements:
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a thorough knowledge of the Co-Op City complex, and the ability to remain calm in emergency situations. High School Diploma or equivalent. Candidate must be patient, courteous and professional. Applicant must possess effective written/oral communication in English, and good interpersonal skills.
